Shipping Policy

Our free shipping applies to any order of a subtotal of at least $59. To qualify, assure you have reached a subtotal of at least $59 before tax and after any discount that may be applied to your order. Otherwise, standard shipping rates will apply, starting at $5.99-$12.95 varying based on the total weight of your order.

Once orders are placed, they are immediately sent to our fulfillment center to be packaged and shipped. Due to this, we are unable to guarantee any cancellation or update of address for any orders once they have been placed. Subscription orders that are not canceled or skipped prior to shipping are not eligible for a refund. If you purchased through a different retailer or e-retailer, please contact them directly and refer to their return policy.

Nutri Potentia will not be held responsible for any additional customs, import fees, or tax charges that may be applied upon your destination end.
Domestic shipping will generally take about 7-10 business days but may be subject to change based on holidays, weather, etc. For damaged, lost, or stolen packages, Nutri Potentia will not be held accountable for delayed shipping once your order has been dispatched.
