Return and Refund Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of order delivery. To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original condition, unopened, and in original packaging.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship the product back to our return address following the provided instructions
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days

Return Shipping Costs

We will cover return shipping costs for returns due to product defects or shipping errors. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, opened health supplements and nutritional products cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue.
